Appointment Day

This appointment is all about you and what you are expecting from the massage.  If at any time you feel uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if you need more or less pressure, please feel free to let  me know.  My goal is to give you the treatment that is just right for you. Oils and/or lotions are used for the massage, some are scented and some are unscented. Please let me know me if you have a preference or if you have an allergy or sensitivity to scents.

Reasons to cancel or delay making an appointment include:

• Being in an acute stage of an illness such as a cold or flu
• If you are taking an anticoagulant medication
• If you have a recent history of blood clots
• Recent trauma or surgery
• Acute Inflammation
• Fever

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hour notice.
